I’m Shelby, and I’m so glad you’re here.

This space was created for one simple reason: life is busy… and you still need to eat.

Between work, kids’ activities, and everything in between, spending hours in the kitchen just isn’t realistic. But that doesn’t mean you have to rely on takeout or complicated recipes to get a good meal on the table (that kids will actually eat!).

Over on Fit As A Mama Bear, I help busy moms feel more energized and in control, but not every night is perfectly planned. Most nights, you just need something quick. Easy. Done.
