Add the cherry tomatoes, rosemary, and minced garlic to a 9x13 baking dish. Toss with olive oil.
Place the Brie in the center of the dish and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the brie rind has softened and the cheese is melted. If the tomatoes haven't burst, give it more time.
While the cheese is baking, cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Remove the cheese from the oven and immediately stir with the tomatoes until it creates a sauce. As the brie rind separates from the melted cheese, remove it and discard.
