of garlic and herb Boursin cheese

cups
of chicken stock
enough to fully cover the orzo
Italian seasoning
to taste
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Add orzo, chicken stock, seasoning, and Boursin cheese into a baking dish.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. If there’s still stock left in the dish, bake uncovered for another 5-10 minutes.
Take out of the oven and stir.
