Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Put the cheese at the larger end. I used one half of a slice for each crescent roll, broken up into fourths.
Roll up the dough around the cheese to form the crescent. Place on to baking sheet.
Brush melted butter on top of the crescent rolls then sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
Bake until the dough is cooked through and the tops are browned. Should be 10-12 minutes.
