Instructions
Add whipped topping to a medium bowl.
Sift cocoa powder into the whipped topping and use a whisk to thoroughly combine.
Melt chocolate chips using a microwave in 30 second intervals until melted – add to whipped topping and whisk until fully incorporated.
Place Oreo cookies into a plastic bag. Crush the cookies into small pieces using a rolling pin.
Fold the cookie crumbs into the mousse. You can save some of the cookie crumbs for a topping or crush additional sandwich cookies.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
