Instructions
Season both sides of the chicken thighs generously with salt and black pepper.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic and seasonings until well combined.
Pour the chicken broth into the bottom of a 6-quart crockpot.
Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot, skin-side up, in a single layer.
Drizzle the garlic butter mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on low heat for 6 hours or on high heat for 3 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
