minced garlic

heavy cream

chicken stock

shredded white cheddar cheese

grated Parmesan

garlic powder

Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic.
Add dry pasta and stir for about a minute (don’t let it burn!).
Pour in chicken stock and water. Simmer until most liquid is absorbed.
Stir in heavy cream, butter, and seasonings.
Mix in cheeses until creamy and melted.
Serve topped with extra Parmesan and a sprinkle of chili flakes
