of parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Cut the baby potatoes into quarters
Place the potatoes into a large bowl and drizzle olive oil over them. Toss to coat the potatoes in oil
In a small bowl, mix salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika
Sprinkle the seasoning onto the potatoes and toss the potatoes to coat them in seasoning
Spread the potatoes on to a baking sheet
Bake for 30 minutes
Remove the potatoes from the oven, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and pepper
Bake for an additional 10 minutes
