Instructions
Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain
Add taco seasoning, tomatoes, stock, and green chiles
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3
Remove lid and stir in cheese and milk
Let cook for an additional 20 minutes
