can of condensed tomato soup

of beef stock
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Brown ground beef in a pan. Season ground beef with salt and pepper to taste.
Add onions to the slow cooker and then layer potatoes and carrots on top.
Add rice and then layer beef on top.
In a bowl, mix together the tomato soup and beef stock. Then add it to the crock pot.
Cook for 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW.
