1/2cupcold whole milk
White Chocolate Ganache:
1bar chopped white chocolate100 grams
2/3cupheavy cream
Topping:
2sticks white chocolates5 squares each
2squares chopped white chocolates
cold whipped cream
Instructions
Using a small saucepan, pour heavy cream and open the stovetop over low heat. Add the chopped white chocolates once the cream starts to heat up and stir continuously until the chocolates are melted while preventing the cream from boiling.
Once the white chocolates are completely melted, immediately turn off the heat and continue stirring. Allow the white chocolate ganache to completely cool down.
Once the white chocolate ganache has completely cooled, it’s time to make the milkshake.
In a blender, pour cooled white chocolate ganache and cold milk, then pulse for 5 seconds.
Add the vanilla ice cream into the white chocolate ganache mixture. Pulse for 10 seconds until all the ingredients are well-combined to a creamy consistency.
Transfer the white chocolate milkshake equally onto two tall soda fountain glasses.
Top with cold whipped cream, chopped white chocolates, and one stick of white chocolate in each soda fountain glass.
Immediately serve and enjoy every sip of this white chocolate milkshake.
Notes
Use quality white chocolates.
During hot weather, keep the toppings chilled in the refrigerator while making the ganache and milkshake.
If the soda fountain glasses are tempered or borosilicate glassware is used, chill the serving glasses to keep the milkshake cold longer.
