1/4teaspoonsesame seedsoptional
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer at 400°F and set timer for 20 minutes.
Place chicken in the fryer basket or tray and cook for 5 minutes.
Flip chicken over. Air fry for another 5 minutes.
Brush on half of the teriyaki glaze. Continue air frying for 5 minutes.
Flip chicken over again and glaze with the remaining glaze. Air fry for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired. Air fry for 2 minutes.
Place thighs on a cutting board and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Notes
Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes before air frying. However, it's best to let it marinated for a few hours.Boneless chicken breasts can be used instead of thighs.To cook faster, cut the chicken into bite-sized chunks.Nutritional data will vary depending on teriyaki glaze used.
