Start by lining the basket with a silicone cake pan or mat. Then place 3-inch biscuit rings on the silicone and spray with cooking spray or lightly coat it with oil.
Preheat your air fryer to 320°F. Crack the eggs into the biscuit rings, being careful not to break the yolks.
Cook the eggs for three to four minutes, or until they're set to your liking. Use a knife to release the eggs from the rings. Then use a spatula to carefully remove them from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Air fryers vary, so check the eggs at around three to four minutes to see if the whites are set, and adjust for your desired yolk consistency.
