Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Place a tablespoon of peanut butter on the tortilla, spreading until about 1/8” from the edges.
Place banana down in the middle of the tortilla. You can either cut the banana in half and then slice in half lengthwise if you are feeding smaller mouths or leave the banana whole (cut to adjust to fit to the tortilla).
Sprinkle chocolate chips and roll tightly.
Place in an air fryer basket, air fryering at 350° for 3 minutes.
Remove and top with melted butter, cinnamon and sugar if desired.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for maximum sweetness and easy spreading.
Don’t overfill the tortilla, or it’ll be harder to roll and may fall apart.
Warm the peanut butter slightly for easier spreading.
Press the seam side down first when toasting to help seal the roll.
Use mini chocolate chips for better distribution and easier rolling.
A serrated knife works best for cleanly slicing the rolls.
