Preheat the oven to 360F. Mix olive oil, honey, mustard, salt and spices in a bowl.
Place the chicken drumsticks in a bowl and toss thoroughly until each drumsticks is coated. If desired, leave for 15 minutes, covering the bowl with cling film.
Place the drumsticks in a baking dish in a single layer. This can be a metal, ceramic or glass baking dish, as well as a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10 minutes. Larger drumsticks may take longer. For example, 20+20 minutes.

Serve the chicken drumsticks hot or warm with sauce or dip.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure your chicken drumsticks are cooked all the way through.
The final temperature should be 165F.
The cooking time is roughly 40 minutes, but it will depend on the size of the drumsticks.
Marinating the chicken legs for even 15 minutes will bring out the honey mustard flavor so much more.
