In a small blender, combine the yogurt, honey, milk, ½ the oats and ½ the frozen berries.
Process until combined leaving some chunks for texture.
In a large container, pour the remaining oats on the bottom and then the strawberry yogurt mixture on top. Mix until it’s all combined.
Top the oats with the leftover berries and cover.
Refrigerate for 4 hours at minimum or overnight until ready to eat.

Notes
The more oats you blend the thiner but smoother the overnight oats will be. If you like a bit of texture, make sure to leave about half of the oats while (fifty-fifty is a good split).
Add the wet ingredients to the blender first to make it easier to combine everything.
You can blend the frozen berries until they’re fully processed or leave some chunks for texture.
Portion the oats once blended into a large container or individual jars. Both ways work.
